Hey, it’s Renat, founder of represent, and there are a lot of things i can't offer you…

- we don't offer "chill vibes"
- we don't do meetings that should've been messages
- we don't hold back if we think something is wrong
- we don't hire people who need hand-holding

if you join, my job is to provide an environment where you do the best work of your career.

it looks like:

- high expectations — i expect you to own your work completely, ship fast, and iterate based on feedback. you don't have to do this alone - we have talented people here who will push you — but you need to drive
- steep learning curve from day one
- direct feedback, given and received
- lots of deep work time (3 meeting-free days per week)
