- we don't hold back if we think something is wrong

if you join, my job is to provide an environment where you do the best work of your career.
it looks like:
- high expectations — i expect you to own your work completely, ship fast, and iterate based on feedback. you don't have to do this alone - we have talented people here who will push you — but you need to drive
- steep learning curve from day one
- direct feedback, given and received
- lots of deep work time (3 meeting-free days per week)
- we will raise issues constructively and welcome pushback (but you better defend it)

Paid Test Project

Paid day of work

You'll work on a real project. It's challenging, but it's also how you'll know if this is the right fit — and we'll pay you for your time.
