Full-Stack Marketer
TL;DR: We're a video production agency for tech companies, growing 20% month-over-month and we need a full-stack marketer to help us become the best in the world at what we do. The Role
This is an 80% lead generation, 20% brand building role. You'll be the marketing "one-man army" — owning the full stack and building the foundation we'll scale on.
Your day-to-day:
- Outbound campaigns — Build and manage cold email and LinkedIn outreach that generates qualified leads
- Copywriting — Write emails, landing pages, and ad copy that actually converts
- Content — Create content that supports lead gen (case studies, sequences, social posts)
- Paid ads — Set up and optimize campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google
- Systems — Build and maintain our marketing stack, tools, and tracking
- Scale — Identify and manage contractors/agencies as we grow specific channels

What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
- Strong copywriting skills — This is the most important. You need to write copy that converts.
- Cold outreach experience — You've run outbound campaigns (cold email, LinkedIn) before.
- B2B / tech product experience — You've worked with SaaS or startups. You understand the tech founder mindset.
- Generalist by nature — You're comfortable doing ads, content, outreach, and everything in between.
- Self-starter — You take ownership and run with projects. You don't wait for permission.
NOT a Fit
- Specialists — You only want to do one thing. This role requires range.
- Need hand-holding — You require constant direction or detailed briefs for every task.
- Can't write — Weak copywriting is a dealbreaker.
- Execution-only — You can only follow playbooks and can't think strategically.
- Corporate mindset — You've only worked in structured environments with big budgets. You'll struggle here.
