Our Origin Story
I ran marketing at Bardeen - a workflow automation tool. Complex product. Hard to explain.
Users would sign up, poke around, and leave. Not because the product was bad. Because they didn't know what to do with it. B2B software is like that. You can build the most intuitive UI in the world. And users will still need to know what to build, not just how to use it.
Giving someone a hammer doesn't teach them carpentry.
So I got on calls. Hundreds of them. Watching faces shift from confused to "oh, I get it now." I figured out how to get users to value, one conversation at a time.
But it didn't scale. I couldn't be on every call.
So I started recording videos. Then better ones. Then a 15-lesson product academy. Then a launch video that won Product of the Month and helped us raise $18.8M. YouTube became our secret weapon—it brought Bardeen its stickiest users and helped scale it from 0 to 200k users.
