The Role: Team Conductor + Client Champion + Creative Problem Solver

Lead Clients (Without Letting Them Drive You Crazy)

Turn onboarding calls into strategy gold mines where you extract their deepest creative vision
Become their trusted advisor - the person they call when they need someone who "gets it"
Run creative sessions that leave clients saying "that’s a really freaking cool visual hook!"
Navigate the delicate art of managing expectations while pushing for excellence

Lead The Team (So They Can Ship Excellence)

Assemble the perfect crew for each project from our network of A-players
Translate "make it pop" into actual, actionable feedback
Keep everyone motivated and moving fast without burning out
Be the quality gatekeeper who never lets mediocre work slip through

Master Project Orchestration

Juggle 5-7 concurrent projects without dropping a single ball
Build production timelines that actually work (and stick to them)
Use tools like Notion to run systems so tight we have visibility into where we are crushing and where we need to improve
Ship on time, every time because "done is better than perfect"

Creative Direction That Moves The Needle

Research the hell out of each client's industry until you know it better than they do
Develop content strategies that make competitors wonder "why didn't we think of that?"
Analyze performance data to make every next video better than the last

What We're Looking For In The Ideal Candidate

Your Must-Haves:

Extreme Organization Skills: If chaos stresses you out instead of energizing you, this isn't the role
2-7 Years of Complex Project Management: You've managed teams, timelines, and difficult clients before
Tech-Savvy Communication: You can talk to a founder about their API and make it sound interesting. Don’t worry, it’s learnable!
English Fluency: You'll be on calls with Silicon Valley founders daily

About You

Pragmatic, Not Perfectionist: If something needs duct tape to ship on time, you're reaching for the roll
A 360° Producer: Someone who can write scripts, build storyboards, structure videos, AND manage relationships. We don’t expect you to be an expert at those things, but when things break you should be able to jump in and fix it yourself.
Unafraid to Get Your Hands Dirty: When sh*t breaks and there's no one else to fix it, you dive in

Bonus Points If:

You understand the startup world (but we can teach you if you don't)
You've worked in YouTube/content creation
You're naturally curious about how things work

Let’s make sure you love the product that you’ll represent. You'll become an expert with this tool and talk about it with authentic enthusiasm.

Project Kickoff

We will create a client portal and send them an onboarding questionnaire. You’ll join us for a fun kick-off call to discuss the first videos.

Niche & Topic Research

It’s time to come up with video ideas. Topic selection is crucial to drive results and make sure our videos actually land with the audience.

Creation

Let’s write out the script and hit that red record button. You’ve know how it goes! And if you need extra help reviewing your script and adding an extra flair, you can count on us.

Step 5

Post Production

Once you upload your videos to Drive, our team will take care of the rest: editing, packaging (titles & thumbnails), review cycles and publishing.
